Absolutely terrible experience. My sister and I each paid $80 for a deep tissue massage, and honestly, I regret spending the money. We were put in a couples room, which would have been fine if the experience had actually been relaxing. Instead, the two women massaging us talked to each other throughout the entire massage. Not quietly, not whispering — just having a full conversation while we were trying to relax. It completely ruined the atmosphere. To make matters worse, the woman who was massaging me is also the person working the front desk. She literally stopped my massage and walked out to answer a phone call, leaving me waiting during the time I PAID for a massage. If I’m paying for a full session, I expect a full session — not interruptions and missing massage time. Then came the ridiculous part. At the end, I was going to leave what I personally felt was a fair tip based on the service I received. Instead, she demanded a $20 tip because apparently the customer doesn’t get to decide what they’re comfortable tipping. A tip is earned, not demanded. Especially when the massage is interrupted, the room is filled with nonstop talking, and the overall experience is far from relaxing. $80 for a deep tissue massage should come with a professional, relaxing experience — not this. There are plenty of other massage places where your money and your time will actually be respected. Definitely will NOT be coming back. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
